Tungsten rod, we can produce high purity and high density pure tungsten rods, its purity can reach to 99.95% and density can reach to 19.15g/cm3.
Surface:Except ground tungsten rods with bright surface, we can also produce forged and straightened molybdenum rods with black surfaces.
Size:For straightened rods after drawn , the diameter we can supply is 0.8~3.2mm.
For forged rods, the diameter is 2.4~95mm.
Generally, the normal diameter is 2~100mm and the length is from 50~2000mm.
Standard:Our products are produced in strict accordance with our national standard GB/T 4187 or American standard ASTM B760, processed by pressing, forming, sintered, Suspension forging, and machining, and finally produced tungsten rods.
Application:
They are mainly applied to:
1.Used to manufacture electro-vacuum devices and electro-optic source parts.
2.Suitable for processing ion implantation parts.
